Pineapple Upside-Down Martinis image

3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
Ice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup vanilla rum
1 teaspoon grenadine syrup

Steps:

  • Place brown sugar in wide, shallow bowl. Wet each martini glass rim with water; dip rim into brown sugar to coat.
  • Fill shaker with ice. Pour pineapple juice, rum and grenadine syrup over ice; shake well. Pour chilled martini into martini glasses.
