"This crunchy nut brittle is a favorite of my family," reports Cheryl Brungardt of Wheat Ridge Colorado. "It's a snap to prepare as a last-minute holiday gift. Be careful moving it in and out of the microwave, though, because the syrup gets very hot," she cautions.

A bit too sweet for my taste, but overall a good recipe. Might try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

Not a huge fan of pistachios, but this brittle is surprisingly delicious. The sweetness of the sugar balances out the nuttiness of the pistachios perfectly.
