Plum - Dutch Apple Pannekoeken image

I made this satisfying, yet not too sweet treat for a friend in the hospital...She loves anything apple...I had a couple Granny Smith apples and some Plum Amazins diced dried plums...which worked great with the apples...Another bonus to this is, it's quick to put together. You would never know it, as good as it...

I'm not a huge fan of plums, but these pancakes were still really good. The apples and cinnamon really balanced out the flavor of the plums.

Not bad, but not great. The pancakes were a bit dry, and the plums and apples didn't really add much flavor.
