These polished eggs are a great addition to any breakfast or brunch menu. They're also a great way to use up leftover hard-boiled eggs.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my eggs turned out rubbery. I'm going to try again with a different recipe.

I was disappointed with this recipe. My eggs didn't turn out smooth and shiny like the pictures. They were also a bit bland.

I'm not a huge fan of eggs, but these polished eggs are pretty good. They're not too eggy and the butter and salt give them a nice flavor.

I followed the recipe exactly and my eggs turned out perfect. They were smooth and shiny, and the yolk was cooked through but still creamy.

Not bad! I've never had polished eggs before, but I'm pleasantly surprised. They're a bit like hard-boiled eggs, but with a creamier texture.

I made these eggs for breakfast this morning and they were a hit! My kids loved them and even my husband, who is usually not a fan of eggs, ate two of them.

These polished eggs were incredibly easy to make and turned out absolutely delicious. I was worried they would be bland, but the combination of butter, salt, and pepper gave them a subtle but flavorful taste.
