Pomacello Martini image

With the popularity of pomegranate juice being used in cocktails, I came up with a variation of a pomegranate martini using some limoncello we got from Sorrento, Italy. It's a tasty drink!

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 fluid ounces pomegranate juice
1 fluid ounce limoncello liqueur
1 ½ fluid ounces vodka
1 slice fresh lemon

Steps:

  • Pour the pomegranate juice, limoncello, and vodka into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a slice of lemon.

This martini is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less apple cider or adding some lemon juice to balance out the sweetness.
