POPPY SEED CHICKEN
This is a good recipe from a friend.The chicken comes out juicey and tender. There is not much more to say except to enjoy.

Steps:
- 1. Cook chicken until it can be shredded. Put chicken in bottom of a 13x9 pan.Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup together. Pour over chicken. Melt butter, crush crackers, and stir crackers into butter. Mix in poppy seeds, mix well. Crumble over sour cream and chicken soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
