POPPY SEED ONION BREAD image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 1/4 cups water (70 to 80 degrees F)
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
3 teaspoons active dry yeast

Steps:

  • In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer.
  • Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available.
  • Bake according to bread machine directions. Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed.
