1 16 oz can of pork & beans drained
1 c crushed pineapple w/juice
2 c sugar
2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c vegetable oil
4 eggs
frosting
1 1/2 c sugar
6 Tbsp milk
6 Tbsp butter
1 c nestles butterscotch chips

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove "pork" from pork and beans. Together in a large bowl mash beans w/pineapple. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • 2. Bake for 25 minutes in a greased 10 X 15 inch pan. Cool before frosting.
  • 3. Put all the frosting ingredients in a sauce pan except the butterscotch chips and boil for 30 seconds until sugar is dissolved. Stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup Nestles Butterscotch chips.
