PORK CHOPS AND RICE image

My family loves this a lot. It dosen't last long at meal time. When I don't have nuch time I use the slow cooker to make this.

Number Of Ingredients 8

8 pork chops
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c uncooked rice
1 can(s) chicken broth
1 c water
1 Tbsp chicken base
1/2 tsp garlic
salt and pepper (lightly)

Steps:

  • 1. Brown pork chops slowly, but not too brown. Saute' onion in grease where chops were cooked.
  • 2. In a large baking dish, mix all ingredients and lay pork chop on top. cover tightly and bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
