Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Brown chops in large skillet with oil. drain & sprinkle with season salt.
- 2. In large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper & 1/2 tsp season salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup of cheese & 1/2 can of fried onions.
- 3. Spoon into 9x13 baking dish, arrange pork chops on top. Cover & bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 or until golden brown.
- 4. Top chops with remaining cheese & fried onions & bake uncovered for 5 mins or until onions are golden brown. Enjoy!!
