Pork Chops O'Brian image

Always a family favorite!!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 Tbsp oil
1/2 c milk
6 pork chops, 1/2-3/4" thick
1/2 c sour cream
seasoning salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
1 pkg hash brown potatoes, 24oz - thawed
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 can(s) 2.8oz durkee french-fried onions

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. Brown chops in large skillet with oil. drain & sprinkle with season salt.
  • 2. In large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper & 1/2 tsp season salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup of cheese & 1/2 can of fried onions.
  • 3. Spoon into 9x13 baking dish, arrange pork chops on top. Cover & bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 or until golden brown.
  • 4. Top chops with remaining cheese & fried onions & bake uncovered for 5 mins or until onions are golden brown. Enjoy!!
