Steps:
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat being careful not to burn it.
- Add potatoes, celery, carrots and onions and saute until softened.
- Add smoked sausage, corn with juice and water and simmer, covered approximately 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Add evaporated milk, dill, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper and continue to simmer for about 5 minutes.
