- 2. stir in the spinach in bunches, adding another handful as it wilts into the soup pot. stir in the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Let cook for 2-3 minutes more until it is heated thru. Remove from the heat and serve.

[email protected]This is the best potato, spinach, and tomato soup I've ever had! It's so creamy and flavorful. I love the addition of the tomatoes, which add a nice sweetness to the soup.

[email protected]The soup was a little too bland for my taste. I added some extra salt and pepper, and it helped a lot. I also think that adding some fresh herbs, like basil or oregano, would have given the soup more flavor.

[email protected]This soup is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I had some spinach and tomatoes that were about to go bad, so I threw them in the soup and it turned out great. The soup is also very affordable to make, which is a bonus.

[email protected]This soup was a hit with my family! It was so easy to make, and the flavors were incredible. The spinach and tomatoes added a freshness to the soup, while the potatoes gave it a creamy texture. I will definitely be making this soup again.
