Steps:
- In a skillet, brown beef, onion and green pepper drain. Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, cumin and Italian seasoning mix well. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. In a small saucepan, bring all the sauce ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
