These yummy little truffles are rich and addictive. I sprinkle them with powdered sugar but the choices are endless. You can roll them in chopped pumpkin seeds, nuts, coconut, cocoa powder, or dip them in melted chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

I'm not a big fan of pumpkin, but these truffles were surprisingly good. The chocolate really balances out the pumpkin flavor.

These truffles were a complete disaster! The chocolate seized and the truffles were impossible to roll. I ended up throwing them away.

I had a hard time getting the truffles to set. I ended up having to refrigerate them for longer than the recipe said.

These truffles were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still good.

I made these truffles for a bake sale and they sold out in minutes! They were so popular that I'm planning on making them again for my Thanksgiving dessert table.
