I'm not usually a fan of pumpkin desserts, but these cookies were surprisingly delicious. The pumpkin flavor is subtle, and the cookies are perfectly spiced. I'll definitely be making these again.

These cookies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still enjoyable. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

I've tried many pumpkin cookie recipes, and this one is by far the best. The cookies are soft and moist, with just the right amount of pumpkin flavor.
