Pumpkin Soup (Served in the Shell) image

Great autumm recipe, served in the pumpkin shell. Perfect for Halloween or Thanksgiving or a special party. It can be prepared, to a point, one day ahead, then finished the next day. I'm guessing on the prep time, so don't scold me if its wrong. lol.

The soup was a little bland for my taste. I think it could have used more salt and pepper.

This was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I think that's just because I used a different type of chili powder. Overall, it was a good soup and I would definitely make it again.
