Purple Dinosaur (Smoothie) image

The kids will love this smoothie for its name, bright colour and taste. You will love it for them because it's healthy! This recipe is from the Alberta Dairy Producers. Enjoy!

1 cup 1% low-fat milk (or whichever kind of milk you prefer)
1 cup vanilla yogurt, nonfat is great
1/4 cup frozen grape juice concentrate
