½ cup vanilla rice milk
¼ cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Steps:

  • Combine ice cubes, banana, rice milk, blueberries, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a blender; blend on low speed. Increase speed to medium-high and blend until smooth.
