This is a lovely vegetarian version of an Ethiopian classic. Posted on request... I can recommend this: Recipe#117588 if you don't have any berbere.

This is the best Ethiopian dish I've ever had. The flavors are incredible and the beef is cooked perfectly.

Overall, I thought this alecha wat was a good dish. It was flavorful and the beef was tender. However, I think it could have been better if the sauce had been thicker.

This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I think I'll stick to simpler Ethiopian dishes in the future.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my alecha wat didn't turn out very well. The sauce was too watery and the beef was tough.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. The beef was very tender and the sauce was flavorful.

This alecha wat was a delight to make and even better to eat! The flavors were so rich and complex, and the beef was fall-apart tender. I will definitely be making this again.
