This is a very easy quiche. I serve it for breakfast when I have guests with muffins and fresh fruit.

Overall, this quiche was a good recipe. The flavors were good and the crust was flaky. However, I found the filling to be a bit too dry. I would add more milk or cream next time.

This quiche was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would add more salt and pepper next time. The crust was also a bit too thick for my liking.

I've made this quiche several times now and it's always a winner. The caramelized onions add a wonderful sweetness and depth of flavor. I also love the addition of spinach and goat cheese. This quiche is perfect for a brunch or lunch party.
