Quick Creamed Spinach image

The inspiration for this creamy side dish came from a local restaurant. I lightened up the original recipe by using fat-free half-and-half and fat-free cream cheese. I goes great with most any entree. -Susan Geddie of Harker Heights, Texas

OK, but not amazing. The spinach was a bit overcooked for my liking, and the cream sauce was a little too thin. I think I'll try a diffeernt recipe next time.

Not bad for a quick side dish. The spinach was a little bland for my taste, but the sauce helped balance it out. I might experiment with adding some extra seasonings next time to give it more depth of flavor.

Simple, quick, and delicious. I added a bit of minced garlic and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for an extra layer of flavor. Turned out great! Will make again for sure.
