[email protected]These potatoes were a bit too crispy for my taste, but my husband loved them. I would recommend cooking them for a shorter amount of time if you don't like your potatoes too crispy.

[email protected]Not bad! The potatoes were cooked through and the skins were nice and crispy. I thought the flavor was a bit bland, but that's easily fixed with some salt, pepper, and butter. Overall, a good recipe for a quick and easy weeknight meal.
