RANCH-STYLE DEVILED EGGS image

6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
Paprika (if desired)

Steps:

  • Hard-boil, cool and peel eggs Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks to a small bowl. Mash yolks with fork. Add mayonnaise, pepper, ranch dressing mix, and mustard. Blend until smooth. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg halves. Spinkle with paprika if desired. Refridgerate until ready to serve.
