Rapid Reuben Casserole image

Found this recipe in a Family Circle Magazine and tweaked it a little. I used a 16 ounce can of corned beef and I chopped it to make it easier to eat and less expensive. It is a good quick recipe.

This casserole was a disaster! It was too salty, too bland, and the bread crumbs on top were soggy. I would not recommend this recipe.

The casserole was a bit bland. I think I would add some more spices next time.

This casserole was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I would use less Thousand Island dressing next time.
