Raspberry Banana Tofu Shake image

1 (12 ounce) package firm silken tofu
1 cup fat free soy milk
1 banana
1 cup raspberries
¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate

Steps:

  • In a blender, mix tofu, soy milk, banana, raspberries, and orange juice concentrate. Blend until smooth.
