Good on fruit salad, but not too sweet to serve on lettuce. Will last a couple of weeks well-covered in the refrigerator.

This recipe was such a nice change of pace! I love that it isn’t mayonnaise-based like most salad dressings. It is very flavorful, the raspberry taste is not too overpowering and the oil and vinegar balance is perfect. A summer staple from here on ou

This dressing is amazing! I've tried it on both salads and grilled chicken, and it's delicious either way. The poppy seeds give it a nice crunch, and the raspberry flavor is perfect. I'll definitely be making this again and again.
