Raw Vegan Banana Pudding image

I had been wanting to make a raw treat for my sister, so we decided to make banana pudding yesterday. We just topped ours with leftover raw graham cracker crust crumbs but now that I think about it, it would probably be great with raw chocolate ganache, nibs, berries, or even more sliced bananas! :) For more recipes like this, including raw vegan graham cracker crust, visit www.bellaraw.blogspot.com.

This recipe was easy to follow and the pudding turned out great! I used frozen bananas and they worked perfectly. The pudding was thick and creamy, and the banana flavor was strong. I topped it with whipped coconut cream and it was divine!

This raw vegan banana pudding was a delightful treat! The creamy texture and sweet banana flavor were spot on. I especially loved the crunchy pecan topping. It added a nice contrast to the smooth pudding.
