Red Hot Mayo and Tomato Sandwiches image

A mayonnaise and tomato sandwich is a Southern staple. The Deen brothers think a little heat makes it all the more appetizing. Adapted from their cookbook, Get Fired Up.

I'm not a big fan of mayonnaise, but I really liked this sandwich. The red hot mayo was just the right amount of spicy.

I thought this sandwich was just okay. The red hot mayo was a bit too spicy for me, and the tomatoes were kind of bland. I probably wouldn't make this again.
