Reduced Fat Vegetarian Cheeseburger Pie image

My mom always made the best cheeseburger pie, and when I stopped eating red meat I always craved this recipe. Finally, I got adventurous and created my own Vegetarian Cheeseburger Pie! I use Boca Meatless Ground Burger, but I'm sure any soy artificial hamburger would work. Quick and easy! The ingredients listed also make the pie reduced fat.

I would have liked a little more cheese in the filling, but overall it was a good recipe.

The crust was a little too dry for my taste, but the filling was delicious.

This vegetarian cheeseburger pie was a hit with my family! The flavors were spot-on, and the crust was perfectly flaky.
