1 leaf iceberg lettuce or 1 leaf cabbage
1 slice lowfat swiss cheese
1 slice pastrami
1 tablespoon grainy mustard or 1 tablespoon sugar-free thousand island dressing
2 tablespoons prepackaged coleslaw mix or 2 tablespoons sauerkraut

Steps:

  • Open the lettuce or cabbage leaf on a plate.
  • Place cheese on the leaf and top with pastrami.
  • Spread mustard or dressing onto pastrami.
  • Add coleslaw or sauerkraut.
  • Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
