You can make this for breakfast or dinner. This is also a great dish to make ahead, store in the refrigerator and bake the next morning or evening.

I made this casserole for my family and they loved it! It was easy to make and it was very flavorful. I used a spicy sausage and it gave the dish a nice kick. I will definitely be making this again.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would add more spices next time. Other than that, it was a good recipe.

I've made this casserole several times and it's always a favorite. It's so easy to make and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I usually use a mild sausage, but I've also used a spicy sausage and it's just as good.

This casserole was delicious! I used a smoked sausage and it gave the dish a wonderful flavor. I also added some chopped green peppers and onions to the casserole. It was a great way to use up some leftover rice.
