I'm a vegetarian, so I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. It turned out just as delicious!

I'm not a big fan of currants, but I still enjoyed this dish. The spices were well-balanced and the rice was cooked perfectly.

This dish was a bit too sweet for me. I think I'll use less currants next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my rice turned out mushy. Not sure what went wrong.

The rice was a little dry for my preference, but the overall flavor was good. I think I'll try adding some more liquid next time.
