This recipe is a great way to use up leftover roast beef. The barbecue sauce is easy to make and the beef reheats beautifully. I always have this recipe on hand for a quick and easy meal.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The beef is always tender and juicy, and the barbecue sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and smoky. I always get rave reviews when I make this dish.

This recipe is perfect for a summer cookout. The beef is cooked low and slow, so it's fall-apart tender. The barbecue sauce is tangy and smoky, and it pairs perfectly with the beef. I highly recommend this recipe.
