I'm not a big fan of Brussels sprouts, but I'm always looking for new ways to cook them. I might try this recipe, but I'll probably use a different type of vegetable.

Roasted Brussels sprouts sound delicious, but I'm not sure about the apple crème fraîche. I might try making it without the crème fraîche.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover apples. I had some Honeycrisp apples that were starting to get a little soft, and they worked perfectly in the crème fraîche.

I love the combination of flavors in this dish. The roasted sprouts are earthy and slightly bitter, the apples are sweet and tart, and the crème fraîche is rich and creamy. It's a perfect balance of flavors.

Roasted Brussels sprouts are one of my favorite fall dishes, and this recipe is one of the best I've tried. The apple crème fraîche is a nice twist on the traditional brown butter or balsamic vinegar glazes.

Easy to make and delicious! I used Granny Smith apples for the crème fraîche, and they added a nice tartness that complemented the sweetness of the sprouts. A great side dish for a holiday meal.
