I had my grill going today and decided to grill some ciabatta rolls that I had on hand. To make it even better I was going to add garlic. Instead of just garlic, I decided to roast garlic. Yummy!

- Cut the top off a head of garlic.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Wrap in foil to cover.
- Toss on grill over high heat.
