I'm not sure what went wrong, but my onions didn't caramelize at all. They just stayed hard and crunchy.

I've made this recipe several times, and it always turns out perfectly. The onions are always caramelized and flavorful, and the honey and balsamic vinegar add the perfect touch of sweetness and acidity.

These onions were a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try using less honey next time.

I'm not a big fan of onions, but I actually really enjoyed these. The roasting process mellowed out the onion's sharp flavor, and the honey and balsamic vinegar added a nice sweetness.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my onions turned out mushy. Maybe I roasted them for too long? I'll have to try this recipe again and see if I can get it right.

These onions were a hit at my last party! Everyone loved the sweet and tangy flavor. I'll definitely be making them again for my next get-together.

Not bad! The onions were a bit too sweet for my taste, but I liked the texture. I think I'll try roasting them for a shorter amount of time next time.

Meh. I found this recipe to be a bit bland. The onions didn't caramelize as much as I would have liked, and the honey and balsamic vinegar didn't really add much flavor. I probably won't be making this again.
