Roman Holiday/Cheeseburger Spaghetti image

This recipe came from a newspaper featuring recipes that would feed a family for under a dollar during the Depression. It was published on Columbus Day, hence the name. Still economical and delicious.

This dish is a great way to get kids to eat their vegetables. My kids loved the cheeseburger spaghetti and they didn't even notice the hidden vegetables.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my cheeseburger spaghetti was a disaster. The spaghetti was overcooked and the cheese sauce was clumpy.

I thought the cheeseburger spaghetti was bland and boring. It needed more seasoning.

This dish was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less salt in the spaghetti sauce.

I thought the cheeseburger spaghetti was okay, but I wouldn't make it again. It was a lot of work for a dish that wasn't all that special.

The cheeseburger spaghetti was a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less ground beef.
