Steps:
- 1. Combine soda, lemon juice, and pectin in large heavy pot. Whisk.
- 2. Heat to rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute.
- 3. Add butter, sugar. Stirring constantly
- 4. Return to boil and boil for 1 minute.
- 5. Remove from heat. Remove foam, if needed.
- 6. Ladel in hot jars leaving 1/4 inch head space.
- 7. Process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
