Rosy Rhubarb Smoothie image

I came up with this smoothie based on suggestions and comments from some of the ladies on the Buzz. A great way to use up that frozen rhubarb in the back of the freezer.

1 cup frozen chopped rhubarb
1 small banana, cut in chunks
1 cup cranberry juice blend
½ cup vanilla yogurt
3 drops red food coloring

Steps:

  • Blend rhubarb, banana, cranberry juice blend, vanilla yogurt, and red food coloring in a blender until smooth.
