I'm not a big fan of hard-boiled eggs, but I really enjoyed this salad. The mayonnaise and onions help to balance out the flavor of the eggs.

This Russian chopped egg salad is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or side dish. The combination of hard-boiled eggs, onions, and mayonnaise is simple but flavorful, and the fresh dill adds a nice pop of color and flavor.
