Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400. Line a shallow roasting pan with non stick foil or spray with non stick spray. In small bowl blend butter, mustard and honey. Set aside. In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, nuts and parsley. Place salmon on prepared pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper and b rush with honey mixture. Sprinkle tops with crumb mixture, press into salmon firmly. Bake 12-15 mins.
