I was at a show today with my soap....a lot of different vendors as this was "Seedy Saturday". There were a bunch of women beside me called "Garden Hoe" (love the name!)and they were selling this great cookbook and of course I can't resist another for my collection...they were serving these treats and they were so darn good I...

Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 350. Combine all base ingredients except marshmallows at low speed until crumbly. Press onto bottom of a 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake 12 to 18 mins or until light golden brown. remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with marshmallows. Return to oven for 1 - 2 mins or until marshmallows start to puff. Cool while preparing topping.
- 2. Topping: I a large saucepan, heat corn syrup , butter, vanilla and chips until chips are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Stir in cereal and nuts. Immediately spread warm topping over marshmallows, spreading to cover. Chill and cut into bars. They told me these freeze well and I told them they'll never see the freezer!! LOL
