I've made this recipe several times and it always turns out great. It's a great way to use up leftover steak or roast beef.

I've made this recipe several times and it always turns out great. The key is to use a good quality cut of meat and to cook it low and slow. I also like to add a little bit of Worcestershire sauce to the sauce for extra flavor.
