These cookies are a bit too sweet for my taste, but they're still really good. I would recommend using a different type of chocolate chips, like dark chocolate or bittersweet chocolate.

These cookies are delicious! The only thing I would change is to use a different type of chocolate chips. I used semisweet chocolate chips and they were a bit too sweet for my taste.

I was a bit skeptical about making these cookies because I'm not a fan of coconut. But I'm so glad I gave them a try! The coconut flavor is subtle and perfectly complements the chocolate and caramel. These cookies are now one of my favorites.
