Steps:
- Combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening add water to form a ball and knead on a floured board for 5 minutes. Cover and allow to rest 20 minutes.
- Roll out into a 1/8 inch thick slab. Cut into triangles. and deep fry till golden brown and puffed up.
