1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 teaspoons drained bottled capers, chopped
1 teaspoon finely grated fresh lemon zest
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt

Steps:
