6 plum tomatoes
1/2 small onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1/4 bell pepper
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove
1/2 lime, juice of
1/2 lime, zest of
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper

Steps:

  • Chop tomatoes, onion, jalapeƱo pepper, bell pepper, cilantro, and mince garlic.
  • Mix together all ingredients.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
