Steps:
- 1. Cut bacon strips widthwise in half. Cut sausage links in half.
- 2. Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of sausage. Place a 1/2 cup brown sugar in a shallow bowl, roll sausages in sugar.
- 3. Secure each sausage with a toothpick. Place in a foil lined 15in x 10in x 1in baking pan. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or over night.
- 4. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 34-40 minutes or until bacon is crisp, turning once. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar before serving.
