SAUSAGE FONDUE image

8-10 slices White Bread
1 ½ lbs Jimmy Dean Sausage (no casing if possible)
2 cups Cheddar Cheese
4 eggs
2 ¾ cup Milk
¾ t Dry Mustard
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Steps:

  • 1.Grease an 8x12 pan 2.Layer 8-10 slices cubed white bread, 1 ½ lbs browned and crumbled Jimmy Dean Sausage, 2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese 3.Mix together: 4 Eggs, 2 ¼ cup Milk, ¾ tsp Dry Mustard 4.Pour over layered stuff, leaved overnight in fridge 5.Before baking, mix 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup and ½ cup Milk, pour over casserole 6.Bake 1 ½ hours at 300 degrees
