I'm a vegetarian, so I used tofu instead of sausage. It turned out really well! The quiche was still flavorful and satisfying.

This quiche is a great way to use up leftover sausage. It's also a great make-ahead breakfast or brunch option.

This quiche was a disappointment. The crust was soggy and the filling was bland. I won't be making this again.

The crust was a little dry, but the filling was delicious. I would make this again, but I would try a different crust recipe.

This quiche was a little bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had used a different type of sausage.

Delicious! I used a pre-made pie crust to save time, and it still turned out great. The filling was so flavorful, and the cheese melted perfectly.

I've made this quiche several times now, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The crust is so easy to make, and the filling is packed with flavor. I love that I can use whatever kind of sausage I have on hand.

This sausage quiche recipe was a hit with my family! The crust was flaky and buttery, and the filling was rich and flavorful. I used a combination of breakfast sausage and ground pork, and it added a nice depth of flavor to the quiche.
